Hayley and Brett first met when they were introduced to each other by a mutual friend. When Hayley first told their friend that she wanted to be introduced to Brett, he laughed and told her that they were way too opposite. I would have never guessed that was how their relationship started, because when I see the two of them together, they are PERFECT for each other! Brett knows exactly how to make Hayley laugh, you will always catch Brett smiling at Hayley like he is the luckiest guy in the world; even when she is doing nothing but standing there.

Brett is from Los Angeles, and that is where he decided he wanted to propose, so the two of them spent last Christmas with his family in LA. They decided to spend the last couple days by themselves in Paso Robles. They went to wineries, played scrabble, ate at local restaurants, and enjoyed the beautiful weather together. On their last morning, they were sitting on the porch at their Airbnb with coffee and donuts in hand. Brett got down on one knee and asked to spend the rest of his life with Hayley. She of course said yes!
