Justin Texas Sunset Engagement Session | Kate & Cole

Kate & Cole first met when Cole's family bought Kate's families Ranch. Their families tried to set them up for years after that (and Kate thought he was the cutest thing) but it was never the right time until after she graduated from college the summer of 2016. They were both out with some friends in Denton and ran into each other at Harvest House. Cole asked her to play cornhole with him, and she actually turned him down! But they eventually exchanged phone numbers and from that moment on they haven't been apart.

From the time they first met each other, they were inseparable. About 6 months into dating they renovated an apartment and moved in together. Everyone warned them that living together would be so hard but for them it was easy, just natural. They got a dog and chickens, and she just knew he was her person. Cole is a fisherman and that has been a really large part of their lives. He travels a lot and sometimes Kate gets to go with him to some pretty cool places. On April 7th at Lake Ray Roberts he had a big tournament and did really well. At weigh in, he asked her if she would go on stage with him to get a picture. Once they were on stage, he got down on one knee in front of everyone and asked Kate to marry him. She was in such shock had NO idea it was coming! Of course she said yes!

We took their engagement photos at Cole's family ranch in Justin where they will be getting married next June!
