THE COTTON MILL WEDDING | MCKINNEY TX

The weather forecast for Lindsay & Michael's wedding day was HOT! Really really hot. 108 degrees hot - which is unusual for July in Texas! I thought that they would want to stay inside in the air conditioning to do most of their portraits, but they truly valued their photos and told me that they would do "whatever made the prettiest pictures" - so of course I took them outside!

Because these two decided to share a first look, we were able to get a ton of Bride & Groom portraits and all of the bridal party portraits while Lindsay's hair & makeup was fresh and before the day got even warmer!

Lindsay and Michael are two of the sweetest and most easy going people I have ever met. When we sat down for our initial meeting, I knew that not only were we a perfect fit, but they were also perfect for each other! Hearing their family and friends talk about how amazing they are as individuals, but how much better they are together confirmed what I knew the first time that we met!
